FAQs:
QQQQ (old QQQ) Options Signals Email Alerts
How do I sign up
for your email alerts?
In order to receive our email alerts, you
must
sign up for our
options trading service and submit your email address. In the
members’ section on our signals page, use the menu on the right
and enter your email address. Press "Submit Email" and make sure
your email address is displayed correctly; also check that the
alert status reads "Active".
We provide email alerts as a complimentary
service to our website. Initially, we provided trading signals
only through our website; now you can also receive them by means
of our free email alerts.
Where can I see examples of
your email alerts?
We created a special
“email examples” page that explains our alerts in detail.
This page will help you better understand how our system works.
You can link to it
HERE.
Can
I receive email alerts on my cellular phone?
Yes, you can receive email alerts on your cell
phone or pager, as long as your service provider has set up an
email address for you. Simply enter the email address assigned to
your cellular phone or pager and our alerts will go directly to
that address. Because cell phones have restrictions on the
allowable size of text messages, be aware that the alerts might
get truncated.
When are email alerts sent out?
Our signals are updated daily - usually by 8:30
p.m. EST - and our email alerts are generally sent out by 9:00 p.m.
EST.
Can I receive email alerts on several email accounts?
Sorry, but we currently cannot send email alerts to more than
one account per subscriber.
